LEASED LAND TO TOTAL ERG

Land of 3,600 square meters, in the city of Bagnatica, fronting on the north side with the new provincial road no. 91 from which the land has the access as designed and equipped to fuel distribution implant.

Since 2006 the land is leased to the Total Erg, with a lease for a maximum of 20 years.

Structures, bar and services of the surface of 104 square meters, distributors, car wash and parking spaces, are owned by Total Erg.
