PALAZZO GOUT

A listed historical building with the obligation of free tours for the public, completely renovated and restored as a house consisting of four apartments, a relaxation room, with underground pool, meeting rooms, covered garage with 13 parking spaces, garden and outdoor spaces.

All the frescoes that are found both on the first floor (693 + 47 square meters) and on the second floor (285 square meters), a total of 1,025 square meters, have been completely renovated as well as the 18th century stuccos that are located in two rooms on the first floor.

It's located at the edge of the medieval center of Costa di Mezzate, half way up a hill and in adherence to the south east side of the castel Camozzi Vertova Gherardi wich is classified as a national monument.
